What is Olive Pomace Oil?

In most of the time, we consider olive oil as one grade type liquid fat. However, it is not true. What olive oil is a range of liquid fat products produced from olives with difference characteristics. This means that olive oil is the category name of a wide range of product portfolio in world. The main two categories are virigin and pomace. Virgin olive oils are the olive oils that are produced with mechanical pressing method of olives. On the other hand, pomace is the physical residue that is left from the virgin olive oil production.

Pomace oil is contained within half solid pomace residue left. This residue is produced from the production(extraction) of virgin olive oils. Once olives are pressed, there are three types of outputs. Two of these are liquid and one is solid. The liquid residues are vegetation water and olive oil. The third one is the pomace.

Since pomace contains a portion of olive oil, this oil can be extracted. However, it is not easy to extract this oil with the mechanical ways. Olive Pomace Oil is a great olive oil that has two main advantages. First one is that it is the most economical olive oil type out there in market. This means that this olive oil has high demand. The second advantage is that it has very high tolerance against high temperature cooking needs. This means that this is a great type of olive oil that is best for cooking and frying needs.
